PDL108型油品體積電阻率/介質(zhì)損耗測(cè)定儀是用于絕緣油等液體絕緣介質(zhì)的介質(zhì)損耗角及體積電阻率的高精密儀器。一體化結(jié)構(gòu)。內(nèi)部集成了介損油杯、溫控儀、溫度傳感器、介損測(cè)試電橋、交流試驗(yàn)電源、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電容器、高阻計(jì)、直流高壓源等主要部件。其中加熱部分采用了當(dāng)前*的高頻感應(yīng)加熱方式，該加熱方式具備油杯與加熱體非接觸、加熱均勻、速度快、控制方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。交流試驗(yàn)電源采用AC-DC-AC轉(zhuǎn)換方式，有效避免市電電壓及頻率波動(dòng)對(duì)介損測(cè)試準(zhǔn)確性影響，即便是發(fā)電機(jī)發(fā)電，該儀器也能正確運(yùn)行。內(nèi)部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電容器為SF6充氣三極式電容，該電容的介損及電容量不受環(huán)境溫度、濕度等影響，保證儀器長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用后仍然精度*。

儀器內(nèi)部采用全數(shù)字技術(shù)，全部智能自動(dòng)化測(cè)量，配備了大屏幕（240×180）液晶顯示器，全中文菜單，每一步驟都有中文提示，測(cè)試結(jié)果可以打印輸出，操作人員不需專業(yè)培訓(xùn)就能熟練使用。
