本儀器符合ASTM D2272  SH/T0193,適用于用旋轉(zhuǎn)氧彈法測(cè)定潤(rùn)滑油的氧化安定性的方法.

1  自動(dòng)化程度：工業(yè)級(jí)ARM32位貼片核心處理器，自動(dòng)完成試驗(yàn)過程。數(shù)據(jù)可通過U盤導(dǎo)出，經(jīng)電腦后期處理，實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)保辦公，無(wú)紙化檢測(cè)。
2  控制系統(tǒng)：采用工業(yè)級(jí)PLC可編程邏輯控制器，經(jīng)三防漆處理，讓儀器安枕無(wú)憂。7寸平板電腦觸摸顯示屏，不需要培訓(xùn)就可以根據(jù)屏幕提示完成試驗(yàn)。
3  操作系統(tǒng)：WindowsCE嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)，全中文操作界面，頁(yè)面任意切換，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便，自動(dòng)打印結(jié)果，超大容量存儲(chǔ)功能，可存儲(chǔ)上萬(wàn)條數(shù)據(jù)和曲線。
4 安全性能：自動(dòng)診斷、超溫報(bào)警并自動(dòng)切斷加熱器電源、試驗(yàn)完成報(bào)警提示功能。
5 數(shù)據(jù)輸入／輸出： RS485連接標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可接USB2.0接口。支持在線監(jiān)視、下載，使用更方便。
